We designed and delivered a web and mobile platform that brings event creation, ticket sales, attendee management, and event-day operations into one product—turning fragmented organiser workflows into a revenue-ready digital business.
Project overview
The Eventix is a digital event ticketing and management platform built to make creating, managing, and attending events simpler. Organisers can create events, configure tickets, process bookings, manage attendees, and monitor activity from one system. Customers can discover events, purchase tickets securely, and manage bookings through a streamlined digital experience.
The Bitrates worked across product strategy, engineering, UI/UX, branding, and content to take The Eventix from concept to a complete digital platform—not only a marketing site, but a connected product designed around organisers, attendees, and event-day operations. The goal was not just operational efficiency, but a platform that could drive ticket sales, repeat bookings, and long-term organiser growth.
The challenge
Event organisers often juggle disconnected tools for listings, ticket sales, attendee data, payments, promotion, and entry. Customers face unclear event information, friction at checkout, and difficulty managing tickets. Without a unified product, organisers lose revenue to abandoned carts, manual admin, and weak post-purchase communication. The Eventix needed a platform that could:
- Support varied event types and ticket structures
- Make event creation simple for organisers
- Give customers a clear, conversion-focused purchase journey
- Unify ticketing, payments, and event management in one revenue stream
- Support secure online payments and real-time sales visibility
- Work well on desktop and mobile—from discovery to door scan
- Establish a trustworthy technology brand that wins organiser confidence
- Scale as users, events, and transaction volume grew
The core challenge was balancing advanced platform capability with a simple, accessible experience—while building the sales and operations infrastructure organisers need to grow their events business.
Our approach
We treated The Eventix as a full digital product and designed for two primary audiences with different jobs to be done.
Organisers needed to create and publish events, add media and details, configure ticket types, monitor sales in real time, manage attendees, and support check-ins on the day—without switching tools or exporting spreadsheets. Attendees needed to discover events, understand pricing and availability, choose the right ticket, complete checkout quickly, receive confirmation, and access their tickets on mobile.
Every flow was planned to cut unnecessary steps, reduce drop-off at checkout, and keep the next action obvious. Marketing pages, product UI, and campaign assets were aligned so discovery traffic could convert into ticket revenue—not just awareness.
What we built
The website communicates the platform’s value and guides users into discovery, purchasing, and organiser tools—with clear hierarchy, structured navigation, and conversion-focused calls to action designed to support both customer acquisition and organiser sign-up.
On the product side, organisers can create listings with schedules, venues or online access, imagery, ticket categories, pricing, availability, and entry requirements. Ticket configuration supports structures such as general admission, early-bird, VIP, free registration, timed entry, and limited allocations—with selected time slots reflected in tickets, emails, and QR codes.
Customers follow a direct path: find an event, review details, select a ticket, enter details, pay, and receive a digital ticket. Organiser tools centralise listings, sales, attendees, check-ins, scanning, and live tracking—giving teams a single view of revenue and attendance. The mobile experience covers responsive event pages, simplified selection and checkout, digital ticket access, and event-day scanning.
UI and UX focused on clear navigation, consistent patterns, simple forms, and separated organiser and attendee experiences. Branding positioned The Eventix as modern, accessible, and reliable across the site, product UI, and campaign assets. Content and marketing explained platform value for both organisers and customers across web, social, and product education—supporting launch campaigns, feature adoption, and repeat event creation.
The outcome
The Eventix launched as a connected platform for modern events. Organisers gained a central place to manage event information, ticket types, online sales, attendee records, check-ins, and activity—replacing fragmented tools with one system built to sell and operate at scale. Customers gained a clearer path from discovery to purchase and digital ticket access.
The platform established a scalable foundation for additional products, event formats, and revenue features—from new ticket types to expanded organiser analytics—without rebuilding the core experience. For The Eventix, the result is not only a better product, but a digital business infrastructure ready to grow with every event on the platform.
